Blue Lace Agate and Mammoth Wasp Pendant | Tinklet Jewelry
This is such a magical pendant!
We’ve paired a mammoth wasp with a gorgeous Blue Lace Agate. Everything is connected spiritually, bringing you closer to your inner peace and nature.
We were able to capture the details of the wasp beautifully. Its wings show the lines, curves even a little movement. You can even see the little hairs on the fore and hind legs. The details are just amazing. All of this is achieved through a process called electroforming. Basically, the design is placed in an electrolyte bath along with the sacrificed copper. The metal transfer from one surface to another creating beautifully scientific one-of-a-kind wearable art jewelry.
The handmade chain is 18 inches long. The pendant is 2 1/2 inches round. When worn it falls just above the breastbone. If you’d like a shorter chain simply indicate that at the time of purchase.
About the stone:
Blue Lace Agate is a stone of communication, helping those who have difficulty being heard by others, or who need confidence and articulation to share their truths. It provides clarity of thought and unwavering intent in regards to what matters most.
Tidbits about the insect:
This species of wasp is one of the largest ones known, Megascolia azurea. These wasps are found in parts of tropical Asia and in Europe. They are sometimes referred to as mammoth wasp. It is said that if a wasp is your spirit animal it means you have an exciting personality and are able to project two sides in many situations.
This is the perfect gift for a nature lover or someone who needs to harness the energy of this stone and nature. The one pictured is the one you’ll receive, there’s only one so if it speaks to you make sure to claim it for yourself. All items arrive in a cute little box ready for gift giving.
